I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's incredibly friendly and the location is magnificent close to the central market. Location: the venue was near to the centre of medina, and Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Stopped by Bazaar Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's a walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The general areas, such as the lounge and courtyard, were beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable place to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciate that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and spacious hallways that were easy to navigate.

It would have been even better if the staff could speak a bit more English. While they were friendly and always willing to help, it was sometimes difficult to communicate my needs.

We had a wonderful Christmas experience! The hotel was in the center of the city, which was perfect for exploring the local markets and landmarks. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and always on hand to help. We particularly liked the complimentary breakfast and the rooftop view, which offered a great view of the city.

We did find our room to be a bit noisy at times which can interfere with a relaxing vacation. The bedding wasn't the best and could be improved for the price.
